Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar (225g)
- 1 cup milk (200ml)
- 1 cup oil (200ml)
- 2.5 cups flour (300g)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
