Banana Icebox Cake

How to Make Banana Ice Cream Cake:
Banana Ice Cream Cake is an easy no-bake treat that tastes like deconstructed banana cream cake. Layer graham crackers, creamy pudding, and freshly chilled or frozen whipped cream for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
6.8-ounce boxes (2 3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
16-ounce container (2 of 8 ounces) whipped cream
3-shell graham crackers
fresh banana slices for garnish

Instructions:
Place in a In a large bowl, combine the banana-cream mixture and the milk, beat until well combined, then continue mixing until it begins to thicken, about 1 minute.Add 1 container of whipped cream.
Set aside.
Place 1/4 of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. You may need to crush some of the graham crackers to make them fit. Pour
⅓ of the pudding mixture over it and smooth it out.Repeat 2 more times.
Place the last of the graham crackers on top. There will be a few small pieces left, but that’s not a problem. Save them for decoration if you wish.
Smooth the remaining container with the whipped topping so that none of the graham crackers are exposed.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Top with some of the crushed leftover graham crackers and, if desired, fresh banana slices, slice and serve.
