NOTES

Non-alcoholic beer or membership soda can be substituted for the beer.
Sweet onions are the first-rate for flavor, however honestly, any onion makes a first rate onion ring.
I in my view like working with the batter when it is thin, so I use 1 half of cups of beer. You can begin with 1 cup and add greater as you work with it until you get it to the consistency that you desire.
Use an oil with a excessive smoke point, like peanut oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil.
Try to hold a steady fry temperature of 375 degrees. Use a sweet or deep-fry thermometer. Dutch ovens are appropriate heavy pans to fry in. Because of their thickness, they preserve and maintain warmth well.
Store leftover onion rings in an hermetic container in the refrigerator. For nice results, reheat them in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
