INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a massive skillet, warmness the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté till translucent.
- Add the floor red meat to the skillet and prepare dinner till browned. Drain any extra fat.
- Stir in the bell peppers, diced tomatoes, red meat broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let the combination simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a giant baking dish, unfold out 1/2 of the pork mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat with the last pork combination and cheese.
- Top the casserole with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or till the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes earlier than serving.
- Enjoy.
