Here is a simple and delicious recipe for Cinnamon Bread:

Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 egg
– 1 cup milk
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– For the cinnamon swirl:
– 1/3 cup sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– For the topping:
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon swirl.
6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon swirl mixture.
7. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
8. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the topping. Drizzle this mixture over the top of the batter.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
11. Slice and serve the cinnamon bread warm or at room temperature.
