INGREDIENTS

For the Cake:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 half teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 giant eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup total milk

For the Three Milk Mixture:

  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 cup entire milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Fresh fruits for garnish (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cake Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
Beat butter and sugar till mild and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Alternate including flour combination and milk to butter mixture. Stir till simply combined.
Baking the Cake:
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes till a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly.
Prepare Three Milk Mixture:
Whisk collectively sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and complete milk.
Soak the Cake:
While warm, poke holes in cake and progressively pour milk combination over it. Let soak.
Add the Topping:
Once cooled, unfold whipped cream over the top. Garnish with sparkling fruits if desired.
Serve and Enjoy:
Refrigerate for at least an hour earlier than serving. Serve chilled for a creamy dessert experience.
