Ingredients

1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Chopped chives or parsley, for garnish

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare Filling

In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise (if using).

Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
3. Assemble the Crescents

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the crab filling near the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up gently and tuck ends underneath to secure filling.
4. Bake

Place crescent bites on prepared baking sheet.

Brush tops lightly with beaten egg for a shiny, golden finish.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley before serving.
