CRACKER BARREL HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
INGREDIENT:
- 32 ounces frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
- 1 can (10 1/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 quart sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups grated Colby Jack cheese
- 1/ 4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in a greased glass baking dish (9×13).
- Bake for 45 minutes.
