Creamy Layered Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 2 cups sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt. Stir in honey or maple syrup if you desire a sweeter cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Layer the Salad:
    • In a large glass serving dish, spread a layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
    • Add a layer of mango, followed by bananas, kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, and peaches. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.
  3. Chill:
    • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve chilled, and enjoy the refreshing combination of fruits and creamy layers.
