Creamy Layered Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 2 cups sliced kiwi
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt. Stir in honey or maple syrup if you desire a sweeter cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Layer the Salad:
- In a large glass serving dish, spread a layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mango, followed by bananas, kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, and peaches. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.
- Chill:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve:
- Serve chilled, and enjoy the refreshing combination of fruits and creamy layers.
