2. Boil to Hard Crack Stage
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Continue boiling until it reaches 250°F (121°C) on a candy thermometer (hard-ball stage).
3. Pour and Set
Carefully pour the hot candy mixture into a greased or parchment-lined tray. Let it cool completely until firm.
4. Cut and Coat
Once set, cut the candy into small pieces or shapes. Dust each piece with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
