Ingredients:
– Russet potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
