Lemon Pretzel Dessert is a zesty, creamy, candy and salty dessert that is top notch convenient to make, it is best for summertime get-togethers and will be requested over and over.

Cooling Time: 4 
Total Time: 4 hours  30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups pretzels, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 22 oz. lemon pie filling

Lemon Pretzel Dessert

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Crush pretzels into small portions the usage of a meals processor.
  3. In a medium bowl, add pretzels, vanilla, brown sugar, and flour. Stir till combined.
  4. Melt butter and add to the pretzel mixture. Stir till combined.
  5. Spread combination into a 9×13 baking dish, reserving ½ cup for the topping. Press combination into an even, clean layer.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
  7. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese till easy then add powdered sugar. Beat till mixed then add cool whip and combine till simply combined.
  8. Once the crust has cooled completely, unfold cream cheese combination over the pretzel layer.
  9. Top with lemon pie filling and unfold evenly.
  10. Sprinkle ultimate pretzel combination over the top.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
  12. Enjoy.
