Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular sliced into quarters)

  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Non-stick spray (for muffin tin)

  • Optional toppings: cooked sausage, chopped veggies, olives, jalapeños


Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare Dough:

    • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

    • Press each triangle into a muffin cup, gently pressing up the sides to create a mini crust.

  3. Add Sauce:

    • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.

  4. Top with Cheese & Toppings:

    • Sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese.

    • Add mini pepperoni slices or your favorite toppings.

    • Lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  5. Bake:

    • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Cool & Serve:

    • Let cool for a few minutes before using a spoon to lift them out.

    • Serve warm with a side of extra marinara or ranch for dipping!


Tips:

  • Use muffin liners for easy cleanup.

  • Want a crispier bottom? Pre-bake the dough for 3 minutes before adding sauce and toppings.

  • Great for meal prep—store in the fridge and reheat in a toaster oven!
