These Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches use crescent rolls for a quick and easy, hearty breakfast on the go!
- 5 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) box refrigerated croissants
- 8 fully cooked breakfast sausages
- 4 slices (sandwich size) cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the beaten egg for brushing on the croissants. Stir in the remaining eggs.
Place the dough on the work surface; Divide it into 8 triangles.Halve the cheese slices; Place one half on each triangle. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs and 1 strand of sausage on top of each. Loosely roll up the triangles according to the box instructions; Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush each croissant with the beaten egg. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
