Ingredients

8 oz rotini, penne, or preferred pasta

1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup crab meat (imitation or real)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup diced celery

½ cup chopped red onion
-
½ cup diced cucumber (optional for extra crunch)

½ cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or dill, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Seafood

If using raw shrimp, boil until pink and opaque, then cool and peel.

If using pre-cooked shrimp and crab, make sure they’re thawed and chopped if necessary.
3. Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Combine Everything

In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab, tomatoes, celery, onion, and cucumber.

Pour the dressing over and toss gently to coat.
5. Chill and Serve

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
