10-Minute Apple Pie Recipe
ADVERTISEMENT
“Apple pie in 10 minutes — my family keeps asking when I’ll bake it again!”
Ingredients:
-
4 eggs
-
200 g sugar
-
120 g butter (melted)
-
120 ml milk
-
2 tsp baking powder
-
280 g all-purpose flour
-
7 apples (peeled and sliced thin)
Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round or rectangular baking pan.
-
Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, beat together:-
Eggs
-
Sugar
-
Melted butter
-
Milk
Mix until smooth.
-
-
Add dry ingredients:
-
Sift in flour and baking powder.
-
Stir until fully incorporated and the batter is lump-free.
-
-
Add the apples:
-
Peel and thinly slice the apples.
-
Gently fold them into the batter.
-
-
Bake:
-
Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.
-
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
-
-
Cool & serve:
Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or chilled. A dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream takes it over the top!
Tips:
-
Add a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter for a warm spice note.
-
Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for more depth.
-
Optional: Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or raisins for extra texture.
Quick, rustic, and full of apple goodness — this pie is more like a cake in texture, but it delivers all the comforting flavor of a traditional apple pie with none of the fuss.
