“Apple pie in 10 minutes — my family keeps asking when I’ll bake it again!”

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g sugar

  • 120 g butter (melted)

  • 120 ml milk

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 280 g all-purpose flour

  • 7 apples (peeled and sliced thin)

‍ Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round or rectangular baking pan.

  2. Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, beat together:

    • Eggs

    • Sugar

    • Melted butter

    • Milk
      Mix until smooth.

  3. Add dry ingredients:

    • Sift in flour and baking powder.

    • Stir until fully incorporated and the batter is lump-free.

  4. Add the apples:

    • Peel and thinly slice the apples.

    • Gently fold them into the batter.

  5. Bake:

    • Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.

    • Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool & serve:
Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or chilled. A dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream takes it over the top!

Tips:

  • Add a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter for a warm spice note.

  • Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for more depth.

  • Optional: Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or raisins for extra texture.

Quick, rustic, and full of apple goodness — this pie is more like a cake in texture, but it delivers all the comforting flavor of a traditional apple pie with none of the fuss.
