1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
