INGREDIENTS
- three blocks cream cheese (24 oz)
- 1 half of cups powdered sugar
- 1 half tsp vanilla extract
- 1 half of cups heavy cream
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 stick butter (salted)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 oz darkish rum
- 3 applications cinnamon graham crackers
- 1 half of sticks melted butter (salted)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Crush two packs graham crackers and add to bowl with melted butter, stirring till nicely combined.
- Pour into a 9” springform pan lined with parchment paper in the bottom.
- Pack down firmly then area in freezer whilst prepping different ingredients.
- In a massive pan on med warmness add stick of butter.
- Once melted add brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon and stir.
- Add rum then cautiously mild with stick lighter and permit alcohol to burn off.
- Remove from warmness and enable to cool.
- In a stand mixer (if accessible) beat heavy cream till fluffy with peaks.
- In a separate bowl mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Beat till clean then add fluffy heavy cream and proceed to beat till nicely combined.
- Line springform pan with graham crackers, then add half of of banana combination to bottom.
- Pour in cheesecake combination and easy out.
- Add closing banana combination to top. Place in fridge 4-5 hrs earlier than enjoying…
