Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat Grill or Oven:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Alternatively, you can preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Corn:
- Brush each ear of corn with melted butter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the corn.
- Wrap with Bacon:
- Take two slices of bacon and wrap them around each ear of corn, overlapping slightly to secure the bacon. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place if necessary.
- Grill or Bake the Corn:
- Grilling: Place the bacon-wrapped corn on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.

- Serve:
