Broccoli Cheese Patties

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

In a giant mixing bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, grated cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, crushed eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix properly till all the components are evenly distributed.

Heat a small quantity of olive oil in a massive skillet over medium heat.

Take a small handful of the broccoli combination and structure it into a patty the use of your hands. Make certain the patty holds collectively well. Repeat with the last combination to shape patties.

Place the patties in the skillet, leaving some house between them. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on every side, or till golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, switch the broccoli cheese patties to a plate lined with paper towels to take in any extra oil.
