This creamy Ground Beef Enchilada Skillet is speedy and convenient to make and oh, so delicious! Packed with flavorful floor beef, prosperous enchilada sauce, inexperienced chilies, and cheese, this skillet has all of the excellent flavors of pork enchiladas however can be served in a range of ways.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs floor beef, lean
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup crimson enchilada sauce
- 4.5 oz diced inexperienced chiles, (1 small can)
- 1/2 cup bitter cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Garnish (optional)
- 2.5 oz sliced black olives, drained, (1 small can)
- 3 Green onions, diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the floor pork and diced onion over medium warmness till the pork and no longer red and the onions are translucent. Drain any extra grease or moisture.
- Place the skillet lower back on the range over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, salt, enchilada sauce, inexperienced chiles, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Bring sauce to a boil and then decrease warmth and simmer for 4-6 minutes or till thickened.
- Stir in half of the cheese to the meat mixture, then sprinkle the different 1/2 on top. Place the lid on the pan for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese is melted.
- Remove from warmth and pinnacle with black olives and inexperienced onions if desired.
