Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook Vegetables: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Assemble the Casserole: Add the cooked broccoli and cauliflower to the mixing bowl with the cheese sauce. Stir until the vegetables are well coated. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with the remaining crumbled bacon and chopped green onions before serving.
