-
1 lb (500 g) ground beef
 -
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 -
½ cup cream cheese
 -
½ small onion, chopped
 -
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
 -
1 clove garlic, minced
 -
1 tsp ground cumin
 -
1 tsp sweet paprika
 -
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
-
Cook the beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. -
Add aromatics:
Stir in the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until softened. -
Make it creamy:
Add the cream cheese, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy. -
Top with cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the top. Cover the skillet and let it melt, or place the skillet under a broiler for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Serve hot:
Serve straight from the skillet with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or over rice.
