Ingredients:
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

1️⃣ Oven Prep: Start Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). . Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Chicken mixture: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Toss the shredded chicken with 1 cup Alfredo sauce in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Store after mixing.3️⃣ Cheese mixture: In a separate bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
4️⃣ Layers: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Place 3 lasagne noodles on top of the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture on top, then spread half of the chicken mixture on top and sprinkle with a third of the mozzarella cheese.
5️⃣ Repeat layering: Repeat the layering process again with the lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken mixture, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.6️⃣ Last layer: Top with the remaining lasagna noodles, Alfredo sauce and the last mozzarella cheese.
7️⃣ Baking: Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
8️⃣ Presentation: Allow the lasagne to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes
