Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 kilo ground beef
- 1 mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 C whole milk
- 6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into pieces
- 1 C mild Cheddar cheese
How to make a casserole for Christmas breakfast
Grind the sausages in a medium skillet.
Cook over medium heat until brown; At
Mix mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Add the sauce, bread and cheese and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9×13 baking pan.
Close the lid and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover and cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
Open the lid and reduce the heat to 325 degrees.
Bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
Cut and serve.
