INGREDIENTS

  • Three (8-ounce) programs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 half cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 massive eggs
  • 1/4 cup bitter cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sparkling strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the combination firmly into the backside of the organized pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract in a massive bowl till smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating properly after every addition.
Mix in bitter cream and flour until properly combined.
