A flavorful, easy-to-make slow cooker meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights! These ranch-seasoned pork chops cook low and slow with tender potatoes and butter, creating a rich, delicious dish the whole family will love.

Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless or bone-in pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced

  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes

  • ½ cup chicken broth (or water)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker

Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or lightly coat with olive oil.

2️⃣ Layer the Potatoes

  • Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  • Sprinkle with a little ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika for extra flavor.

3️⃣ Season & Arrange the Pork Chops

  • Season both sides of the pork chops with the remaining ranch seasoning.

  • Place the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes in an even layer.

4️⃣ Add Butter & Liquid

  • Top each pork chop with a small cube of butter.

  • Drizzle apple cider vinegar over the top.

  • Pour chicken broth around the sides to keep everything moist and flavorful.

5️⃣ Slow Cook to Perfection

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and potatoes are fully cooked.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Garnish with dried parsley (optional).

  • Serve with a side of steamed veggies or a crisp salad for a complete meal.


Tips for the Best Ranch Pork Chops
