A flavorful, easy-to-make slow cooker meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights! These ranch-seasoned pork chops cook low and slow with tender potatoes and butter, creating a rich, delicious dish the whole family will love.
Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes
Ingredients:

6 boneless or bone-in pork chops

2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
-
4 medium potatoes, sliced

4 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes

½ cup chicken broth (or water)

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon paprika
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or lightly coat with olive oil.
2️⃣ Layer the Potatoes

Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Sprinkle with a little ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Season & Arrange the Pork Chops

Season both sides of the pork chops with the remaining ranch seasoning.

Place the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes in an even layer.
4️⃣ Add Butter & Liquid

Top each pork chop with a small cube of butter.

Drizzle apple cider vinegar over the top.

Pour chicken broth around the sides to keep everything moist and flavorful.
5️⃣ Slow Cook to Perfection

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and potatoes are fully cooked.
