INSTRUCTION
Brown the beef and onion in a skillet. Rotel and taco spice should be added. Until all liquid has evaporated, simmer. Add cream cheese and black beans. Once the cream cheese has melted and been thoroughly incorporated, turn off the heat. Add the enchilada sauce and stir.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13 pan. Put half of the bag of Fritos in the pan’s bottom. Add half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese shavings on top. the layer once more beef, cheese, and chips.
Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees, or until cheese is melted and casserole is well heated.
