Ingredients:
- 1 package deal egg roll wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or gently grease it.
Prepare Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Assemble Pizza Rolls:
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a easy surface.
Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese and pepperoni combination onto the core of the wrapper.
Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce on pinnacle of the cheese mixture.
Fold the backside nook of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the aspects and roll up tightly. Seal the facet with a dab of water.
Repeat with the closing wrappers and filling.
Bake Pizza Rolls:
Place the assembled pizza rolls on the organized baking sheet.
