Here is a recipe for Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops:

Ingredients:

  •  4 boneless pork chops
  •  Salt and pepper
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  4 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1/4 cup honey
  •  2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  •  1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  •  1/4 cup water
  •  1 tablespoon cornstarch
  •  Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the garlic.
5. In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch until smooth. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir well to combine.
6. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens.
7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the honey garlic glaze. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the pork chops to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
