Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Baked Honey Lime Garlic Butter Salmon:

Ingredients:

•4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
•4 cloves garlic, minced
•2 tablespoons honey
•1 tablespoon lime juice
•Zest of 1 lime
•2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
•Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2.Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
3.In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
4.Evenly drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
5.Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork. For a golden finish, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
6.Sprinkle with chopped parsley, add a squeeze of lime, and serve hot with lime wedges.

•Bottled lime juice can substitute for fresh lime juice if needed, but fresh lime offers a brighter flavor.
