INGREDIENTS

  •  Two cups almond flour
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  Half of teaspoon salt
  •  1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  •  Two giant eggs
  •  Half cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  •  Optional: herbs or spices of your desire for brought taste

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.

Step two In a massive mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step three Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing till a dough forms.

Step four Fold in the shredded cheese and any herbs or spices you desire, such as garlic powder, rosemary, or chives.

Step 5. Divide the dough evenly amongst the muffin cups, urgent it down gently to make sure it fills the backside of every cup.

Step 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or till the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes earlier than transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
