Here is a recipe for Smashed “Churro S’mores” Croissants:

Ingredients:

– 4 croissants
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 4 large marshmallows
– 4 squares of chocolate (milk or dark)
– Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
3. Brush the insides of the croissants with melted butter.
