Parmesan Crusted Fried Potato Cakes

I love potato cakes! Add some bacon taste and cheese and provide me all of them! Give this recipe a attempt and let me recognize what you think!

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup AP flour
  • 2 massive eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

In a giant bowl add mashed potatoes, 1.5 cups parmesan, flour, and seasonings.
Mix nicely and region in fridge for 30-45 min.
In a rimmed container add half parmesan cheese and panko, combining.
Equally scoop out potatoes and pat into a “pancake” shape. Should be round the measurement of a drink coaster.
Firmly press each aspects of every cake into panko/parm combination and set aside.
Get your oil heated to medium-low. Cook every potato cake till golden brown on every side. Should be round 5-6 min per side.
