Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

    • Add the remaining batter on top, then spoon the remaining strawberry preserves over the top and swirl again.
