Turkish bread

Ingredients :

  • 1 half of cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 half of cup of entire wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of energetic dry yeast
  • 1 half of teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 half of cup of lukewarm water (110-115°F)
  • Cooking spray

Turkish bread

Instructions :

1. In a massive bowl, mix all-purpose flour, complete wheat flour, lively dry yeast, salt and sugar, making certain to combine well.
2. Gradually add the lukewarm water, combine till you reap a homogeneous paste.
3. Knead the dough on a floured ground for 5 to 10 minutes till it will become easy and elastic.
