INGREDIENTS
- Four boneless, skinless fowl breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, clean or canned (drained if canned)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 375 levels Fahrenheit.
2. In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, garlic, and paprika together.
3. Place the rooster breasts in a baking dish and season them with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the barbecue sauce combination over the chicken, making sure every piece is well-coated.
