These crockpot steak bites will end up a new household favorite. Tender bites of steak are flawlessly pro and sluggish cooked with garlic, onions, and au jus gravy combine for a mouthwatering dish that has notable taste and handy adequate for any day of the week.

Crockpot Steak Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 kilos sirloin steak reduce into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small candy onion thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 cup unsalted pork stock
  • 1 1 ounce packet au jus gravy mix
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter thinly sliced
  • fresh chopped parsley for garnish optionally available

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the cubed steak into a massive bowl with the salt and pepper; toss to combine.
  2. Heat a giant skillet over medium-high warmth and add half of of the oil. Sear the steak portions in batches and area them into the sluggish cooker. Add greater oil to the pan if needed.
  3. Once all the steak has been seared, add the onion and garlic to the gradual cooker. Toss with the steak bites.
  4. Pour in the pork stock. Sprinkle with the au jus combine and pinnacle with slices of the butter.
  5. Cover the sluggish cooker and prepare dinner on excessive for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours. Stir each 30 minutes or so, if you can. Serve warm, garnished with sparkling parsley, if desired.
