Ingredients

  • 500 grams.Boneless chicken breast – cut into cubes.
  • 300 grams. Boneless chicken thighs – cut into cubes.
  • 2 tbsp. Of olive oil.½ teaspoon sea salt.
  • ¼ teaspoon. From black pepper.
  • ½ tsp.Granulated onion.
  • ⅔ cup. Mayonnaise.
  • 3 stems. Cut celery into cubes.Sea salt and black pepper.

How to Make Deli Chicken Salad

Step 1:

Prepare the chicken breasts and thighs by brushing them lightly with oil. Add some granulated onion, ground black pepper and sea salt.

Step 2:

Place in a baking dish and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake the brisket at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the brisket, measured at the thickest part, reaches at least 165 degrees.Step 3:

The chicken should cool for at least ten minutes before putting it in the fridge for at least an hour. When the chicken has cooled, cut the breasts and thighs into pieces about 1/4 inch long and about 1/2 inch wide. Place the chicken cubes, celery and mayonnaise in a large bowl and stir well.

Step 4:

Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed, then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or two, or perhaps overnight. Because all the flavors have had more time to combine, the chicken salad tastes much better the next day.

Step 5:

To adjust the seasoning, taste the dish and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
